Delight in Silk Road's exotic flavors inspired by Spanish cuisine! Four Course Menu *Appetizer* EMPANADAS - a variety of savory stuffed pastry pockets. One with a blend of beef and 3 varieties of mushrooms rich with herbs and sherry. The other with a sweet spicy mixture of roasted squash and chorizo. Served with a smoked paprika romesco. *Salad* ESQUEIXADA SALAD - A Silk Road take on the Catalan classic. Olives, tomatoes, and manchego cheese over a bed of arugula tossed in a seafood-savory olive oil vinaigrette. *Main* SEGOVIA LAMB - braised in madiera wine with walnuts and mint, served over creamy Spanish-style polenta. ESCALIVADA - "Spanish Ratatouille," a smokey roasted blend of eggplant, red bell peppers, and sweet onions finished with a light drizzle of sherry vinegar. *Dessert* FLAN - firm and eggy vanilla custard sprinkled with flaky sea salt and a drizzle of caramel Price includes an entire meal prepared for one person, hot and ready to eat, packaged for pickup, and gratuities for the Silk Road Team to share! Packaging is in compostable or recyclable containers suitable for the number of dinners you ordered, all boxed family style. For example, if you ordered multiple dinners, all the cold items will be packaged together, and all the warm items together. (Nobody wants their steak sauce to smother their dessert!) Utensils not included. This is a fixed menu. Alterations and substitutions are not available. Some dietary restrictions can easily be accommodated, others are not as easy with a fixed menu.
