Vegetarian Saturday 1/18/25 APPETIZER Crimini mushrooms filled with aromatic madras curried yogurt stuffing topped with cilantro SALAD Baby spinach with spiced walnuts, grapes, paneer, and ginger-cardamom dressing ENTREE Chana Masala: Traditional Indian curry of chickpeas, garlic, ginger, and onion in a rich curry sauce; medium spice level, Vegan Saag, sauteed collard greens Aloo Gobi cauliflower and potatoes with onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic with Garam Masala and fresh cilantro Saffron rice Naan garlic bread Sides of pickled cucumber and yogurt raita DESSERT Coconut Ladoo. Rich and flaky dumpling rolled in toasted coconut and drizzled lightly with caramel. A traditional classic offering at Diwali, India's festival of lights Bookings close Monday, January 13th ___________________ Price includes the entire menu above packaged for curbside pick-up, as well as gratuities for your Silk Road Catering Team! Exact directions for curbside pickup will be sent with your confirmation email after booking. Meals will be packaged in compostable or recyclable containers suitable for the number of dinners you ordered, all boxed family style. For example, if you ordered multiple dinners, all the cold items will be packaged together, and all the warm items together. (Nobody wants their steak sauce to smother their dessert!) Utensils are not included. This is a fixed menu. Alterations and substitutions are not available. Some dietary restrictions can easily be accommodated, others are not as easy with a fixed menu.
