Korea! – Friday, April 26 This Korean menu is vibrant, interactive, and packed with bold, layered flavors designed to be shared and savored, featuring a wide range of textures, temperatures, and spice levels. Enjoy! Spice Note: This meal leans toward the spicier side of our usual offerings featuring chili paste & flakes. Korean food tends to be high-heat, so we’ve toned things down a bit. Overall, we’d describe this menu as solid medium heat. For those sensitive to spice, the bean sprouts, seaweed soup, scallion pancake (pajeon), and dessert are all non-spicy and offer a perfect balance to the bolder flavors. Start with a vibrant assortment of small bites and samples designed to be mixed and matched with the main dishes. •Oi Muchin - Cool, crunchy cucumber salad in a lightly spicy-sour dressing •Gamja Salad - creamy and chunky potato salad with delightful crunchy apples and cucumber •Ika Sansai - Japanese marinated squid salad with seaweed that has found a beloved home in Korean cuisine •Kongnamul Muchim - crunchy and slightly tangy bean sprouts tossed in sesame oil and rice vinegar •Kimchi - iconic fermented cabbage dish: bold, tangy, spicy, and packed with garlic, umami, and crunch Soup •Miyeok-Guk - nourishing seaweed soup with sesame oil and slow-simmered beef broth Salad •Sangchu Geotjeori - bright and tangy lettuce salad with onions and garlic lightly seasoned with chili flakes and sesame seeds Entree •Bulgogi Beef - tender slices of boneless beef short ribs marinated in spicy, savory bulgogi sauce, served over sticky short-grain rice topped with furikake seasoning •Oisobaegi - crisp cucumber rounds stuffed with a mix of fresh veggies tossed in kimchi paste •Pajeon - crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside scallion pancakes fried from egg-rich batter Dessert •Yakgwa - deep-fried & flaky honey dough cookies soaked in sticky ginger syrup with a hint of soju This scratch-made meal is generously portioned but intended for one person. Some couples share one meal, while others order extras to guarantee abundant leftovers! Meals are packaged family-style in compostable or recyclable containers: cold items together, warm items together—because nobody wants their steak sauce cozying up to dessert. Price includes gratuities, but extra appreciation is always welcome! Utensils not included. Alterations are not available on this fixed menu.
