Be My Valentine! TWO NIGHTS: Friday 2/14 and Saturday 2/15 *MENU* MANHATTAN CLAM CHOWDER - Not to be confused with the better-known New England version, Manhattan clam chowder is a hearty and luscious RED soup of clams and sausage in a rich broth of tomatoes, carrots, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Served with le Petit sourdough baguette CAPRESE SALAD - The timeless Italian classic: sliced medallions of fresh mozzarella and tomato, paired with fragrant basil leaves, and drizzled in a balsamic reduction; served on a bed of fresh greens CEDAR PLANK SALMON in saffron beurre blanc sauce ROASTED TUSCAN PORK LOIN with Montana Huckleberry demi-glace SWEET POTATO GNOCCHI house-made and tossed in sage and browned butter ASPARAGUS seared, with balsamic glaze TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE with rosemary huckleberry compote and chocolate ganache drizzle Bookings close SUNDAY, Feb 9TH ___________________ Price includes the entire menu above packaged for curbside pick-up, as well as gratuities for your Silk Road Catering Team! Exact directions for curbside pickup will be sent with your confirmation email after booking. Meals will be packaged in compostable or recyclable containers suitable for the number of dinners you ordered, all boxed family style. For example, if you ordered multiple dinners, all the cold items will be packaged together, and all the warm items together. (Nobody wants their steak sauce to smother their dessert!) Utensils are not included. This is a fixed menu. Alterations and substitutions are not available. Some dietary restrictions can easily be accommodated, others not as easy with a fixed menu.
